       In a dark corner of this vast universe, and evil scheme is underway. A man storms down the long coridor contimplating a recent event. --> The tall figure of a powerful figure steps forward and addresses his peers. "...I ask that you grant me such power." Another of the three shadowed figures speaks up "What you ask is forbidden. You of all people should know that." They deny his request and he is rejected from their presence.He reaches the end and slams the door open addressing the room full of his concubine.
"Find me the one called Kali at once!"

       It's been about 3 weeks now, and I've has found myself a new friend. After running into him, and about 2 hours of apologies, I learned that the new kid's name was Eric. Since then we've been becoming real good friends. He's real nice, and I enjoy spending time with him. He always asks me questions about myself. I don't think anyone has ever asked about me before...I don't know why, but I get this funny feeling everytime I talk to him.....There's just....something about him. I sensed it when we met, but what could it be?
       "Huh?" Kali sat at the edge of the fountain across from Eric wondering why he was making such a weird face. It was almost as if he wanted to say something, as if he were holding something back...no, as if he were hidding something from her. Whatever it was, she wouldn't let it bother her now, besides she was never a good judge of character, she could be completely off, yeah Maybe he just has to use the bathroom...she giggled softly to herself and then proceeded to eat her icecream cone. Just being around him made her happy, and that was all that mattered right now.
       "...Ne, Kali-san?" he finaly turned to her, partly wondering why she was giggling.
       "Hm?" She responded between bites.
       "What....what do you dream about?" he asked with an uneasy tone, as if he had been avoiding the question for sometime now.
       She paused, unsure how she should answer that question, and the icecream dripped down her chin as she stared ahead at him. "Ano...well...sometimes I have dreams about school, like being piled with homework and books. And sometimes I dream of places I'd like to go..."
       "Really?" he seemed dissatisfied and yet relieved by her response.
       "Yeah.",she finished off her icecream and, "...but there are other things too I guess."
       "Other things?" he intentivly lifted his head, now giving her his complete attention.
       "Well....actually....it's kinda silly. You'd think i was some sort of wierdo if I told you...." she laughed nervously to herself.
       "No I wouldn't. Please, I'd like to know. What is it?"
       "Well, you see, there's this wierd guy who always seems to pop up. Up until recently I didn't know who he was, but then he told me his name was Tobias and-" Eric swallowed hard, that was what he was waiting to hear....now he was regretting he'd asked. Kali paused and gave him a mean look. "I told you you'd think I was weird." she said, misreading the worried expression on his face.
       "I don't...say, has he ever spoken to you?" he presses on with the conversation, reluctantly.
       "Mhm."she blushes slightly "He seems like an ok person I guess."
       "I think....you...you should trust him then..."
       "You think so?"
       "Yes, maybe...maybe if next time you see him...maybe if you ask him what he wants, then maybe-"Kali is lost in a daydream about Tobias, totaly ignoring Eric's mummbling."huh? Kali-san?"
       Yes Tobi-chan *drool* whatever you say..."Gomen...what were you saying",she shakes the image from her mind. Eric smiles and laughs at her.
       "Oh nothing."
       Hm? Now laughing, he seemed to be over whatever it was that was troubling him, and she couldn't help but join in. Eric walks Kali back to her house and with a troubled look on his face, watches from the street as she waves goodbye to him and shuts the door.
       Huh?He stands there for a few minutes, staring at the old house, observing it. It's barely standing form was unsuitable for human inhabitants. She...lives here? He looks to the side of him at the old rusted mailbox that faintly read "KOKUEINO" on either side. He begins to worry about Kali, but he hesitates to go knock on the door. No...I shouldn't... he drops his head and starts off in the other direction. DAMN YOU TOBIAS! What do you want with that girl anyway! He punches the air in anger. "I SWEAR TO GOD, IF YOU HURT HER I'LL...."....what have i done... he now regret having given her that advice.
      
       That night she lay awake contimplating what Eric had said. I wonder if he'll show up again. 'Just listen to him' huh....she began to doze off Hm..Eric-kun...
       "Kali-chan....come to me Kali..."
       "Huh? Tobias...is that you?"
       "Yes Kali, over here, come to me..."
       "Where?"
       "Here."
       Kali suddenly found herself amongst the stars standing in the middle of a floating platform, covered in vines, and crumbling with the affects of aging. She was no longer wearing her normal clothes, but a long elegant white gown and beautiful jewels. She pulled at the dress and giggled quietly at the thought of being princess-like.The wind blew softly through her hair.
       "It's a gift, you like?" Tobias wrapped his arms around her from behind, and placed his chin on her shoulder, gingerly kissing her neck.
       "Yes, arigato." she said shyly.
       "Kali-chan?" He turns her around, and looks strait into her deep baby blue eyes.
       "Hm?"
       "Do you, love me?"
       "I...."she looks down.
       "Please Kali, accept me, take me back with you. I want to come back to you." He begs, placing his hands on her shoulders.
       ...Back to me? She is confused by his words. "But...how?"
       "Just call out my name,and awaken from this dream, and when you do I will be there with you, I will hold you tight and protect you....we could be together forever..." He smiles softly.
       "Really?" She closes her eyes and imagines being able to feel the warmth of his touch.
       "Mhm....but first...first you must awaken." She smiles thinking how easy the task he as given her will be.
       "But Kali, once you do this, there will be no going back....you won't be able to live in that dream anymore..."
       Dream? What dream? She tries to make sense of those words, but nothing comes to her. Well enough, it's just a dream anyway.No matter what he says, I know I'll wake up alone again, because....this is just a dream.
       "Will you Kali? Will you do this for me?" He pulls her in tightly.
       "Yes...for you..." and with those words she can feel herself returning to conciousness. He kisses her as everything begins to fade into light. Tobias...
       "NOW AWAKEN!" a voice guides her through the light. She begins to panic What is this? I'm not waking up...what's going on?!?! She feels an surge of energy and the light becomes so bright that she can no longer see, she closes her eyes and can see the image of Tobias in her room kneeling over her uncouncious body with his palm pressed against her forehead. Could it be? Could this be....reality?!? Her body begins to rise off the floor, floating in mid air. She emits a bright blue glow and is instantly wrapped in beautiful silk ribbons that float loosly around her nude form. Trapped inside her own mind, Kali begins to panic. Wait...No....No...Not this....ANYTHING BUT THIS! Tobias watches contently, "Wake up Kali, come back to me....it's been such a long time my love..."
